RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A legal disclaimer
In the event that for whatever reason a customer is not satisfied with their order, they may exercise their right to withdrawal and return the item(s) within 35 (thirty five) days from the item(s)’ date of purchase.
Customers may choose between a refund or store credit.
Within the same 35 (thirty five) days from the item(s)’ date of purchase customers may request the replacement of item(s) with item(s) of the same model, with a different size or color, if/when available.
ALL our Products are checked thoroughly by our staff BEFORE each item is shipped to make sure that our customer will receive a product that has no quality issues. If there is a quality issue with any item before it is shipped, the customer will be notified and refunded immediately, and the sale will be cancelled.
The customer will be notified that delivery has begun and a tracking number will be included within 2 working days of purchase.
If an item that has been purchased is not available for shipping at the present time, the customer will be notified via email of when the item will be available for shipping again.
Due to the low priced and or discounted prices of the products sold, all shipments to and from DistrictWardrobe will be covered by the buyer(customer).
Return & REFUND
The right to return or exchange item(s) will only be accepted if all TERMS & CONDITIONS indicated below are respected.
1. To initiate the return/exchange process, customers are required to send an email to DistrictWardrobe informing us about the return. Please provide the order number, and the reason of return. (for example size, quality, delivery error or dislike).

We will reply to your email within 2 working days with shipping instructions for the return shipment.

The customer is responsible for all taxes and fees of the shipment. If the customer does not pay for the fees and taxes, then they will be deducted from the customer's refund or store credit.

If there is a delivery error (E.g. Different item than the purchased item, wrong size and/or color) then delivery return costs will be covered by DistrictWardrobe
2. Upon receiving the returned item/items,
The Item tag must still be intact and attached to returned item(s), and it must not be cut or broken. If the item tag is missing, cut or broken, then DistrictWardrobe reserves the right to not accept the returned item and no refund or store credit will be issued towards the buyer.
3. Items bought from the 'DYNAMICS' brand or the DISCOUNTED section must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
4. Shoes, Bags and other accessories must be returned in a perfect condition with their original box, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external packaging for the shipment. Soles of footwear must be in a perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
5. Item(s) must be returned inside their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
6. Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and undergarments (briefs, boxers) are NOT allowed to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
DistrictWardrobe reserves the right to refuse applications for returns/exchanges that do not comply with all TERMS & CONDITIONS.
In case of non-compliant returns, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the shipping address specified on the return package at the expense of the sender.
Customers’ right to withdrawal from contracts concluded on the DistrictWardrobe website is waived in accordance with the European Union Consumer Laws as regards to the following:

The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of personally customized goods upon specific request of the customer.
Please note that DistrictWardrobe constantly monitors the number of returns. Frequent returns that do not comply with all TERMS & CONDITIONS will be flagged. DistrictWardrobe reserves the right to close an account or not to complete orders of customers who continuously breach the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
If any matters are not specifically mentioned, please refer to the European Distance Selling Regulation.
Note: In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy or divergences of interpretation between the English version and any other language versions of this publication, the English language version shall prevail.
