SHIPPING POLICY - fees - shipping time
A legal disclaimer
ALL our Products are checked thoroughly by our staff BEFORE each item is shipped to make sure that our customer will receive a product that has no quality issues. If there is a quality issue with any item before it is shipped, the customer will be notified and refunded immediately, and the sale will be cancelled.
The customer will be notified that delivery has begun and a tracking number will be included within 2 working days of purchase.
If an item that has been purchased is not available for shipping at the present time, the customer will be notified via email of when the item will be available for shipping again.
Due to the low priced and or discounted prices of the products sold, all shipments to and from DistrictWardrobe will be covered by the buyer(customer).
Shipment & Fees
DistrictWardrobe dispatches items worldwide using FEDEX and International postage services.
Shipment fee using International Postage or FEDEX will be determined by the country of the buyer and will be calculated at the checkout before purchase.
Express shipping using FEDEX will have an extra cost of 20 Euro.
DistrictWardrobe does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments to EU countries do not contain invoices or any other documents indicating value of items.
As required by customs regulations shipments to non-EU countries are accompanied by invoices indicating the value of items.
Delivery Times
AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items already available in stock will be shipped within 2 business days of purchases (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
We remind our customers that DistrictWardobe depends on third party partners and services for deliveries. Therefore we have no influence on delivery delays on high peak periods such as Christmas time. DistrictWardobe also cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond DistrictWardobe's control.
DistrictWardobe also reserves the right to ship ordered items only to the Billing Address provided by customers.
Delivery times differ according to whether customers choose to deliver via International Postage or FEDEX.
Estimated Delivery time after dispatch via FEDEX is within 6 business days.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch via International Postage:
USA : 20 business days, according to the final destination
Canada: 20 business days, according to the final destination
Europe - European Union : 4-10 business days, according to the final destination
United Kingdom : 4-10 business days, according to the final destination
Latin America: 20 business days, according to the final destination
Asia and the Middle East: 15 - 20 business days, according to the final destination
Australia and Oceania: 20 - 25 business days for main destinations
Africa: 15 - 20 business days, according to the final destination
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following (bank) holidays and thus cannot be considered a business day:

Shipment Tracking
Once the order is has been dispatched, customers will receive an email from DistrictWardrobe specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
Shipment Insurance
DistrictWardrobe shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to customers. Once the shipment reaches its destination, items are no longer insured.
Note: In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy or divergences of interpretation between the English version and any other language versions of this publication, the English language version shall prevail.
